Subliminal Verses Tour, New Orleans - March 25
I attended the Subliminal Verses Tour in New Orleans on march 25, and it was awesome. The opening act was the Bled, and they played about five songs and got things going a little bit, and then Shadows Fall came out.  They opened with the power of I and I, and played about eight more songs.  During their set, they had a "whiskey wagon'' come out and drive shots of whiskey to each band member. Before drinking, they toasted the late, great Dimebag, and the arena went nuts and chanted his name.  Lamb of God was next, and got pretty much the whole place moshing.  I got drenched in beer, and got thrown around in one of the many mosh pits.  They played about the same as Shadows Fall, and dedicated a song to SuperJoint Ritual, a New Orleans band.  Lastly, a white curtain dropped and showed a short movie of slipknot, and then Prelude 3.0 blared through the speakers.  After teasing the audience, The Blister Exists started live, and the curtain dropped to reveal Joey in the middle of the stage on a platform about 20 feet in the air drumming and spinning around, with Sid and Craig on both sides of him on their own separate stands, but theirs didn't move.  They went in to Disaster Pieces and Clown had his new burnt clown mask on, as well as his bleeding mask and his drum set went up in the air, and Sid came off his platform and jumped off the speakers on the stage.  He then jumped up on to Clown's drum set as it was going up and down, and held on the keg with one hand while it was spinning around. About half way through the show, Joey is left on stage by himself and goes into a ten minute drum solo, and is lifted in the air and spun around, flipped upside down, and all sorts of crazy crap, all while playing an awesome drum pattern. When the band returns they are wearing their Death Masks, and perform Vermillion. Jim and Chris didn't stop throwing drum sticks and picks into the audience and Corey went through about twenty bottles of water  during the show, throwing them all over the audience.  It was well needed being shoved around by all the maggots. During Spit it Out, Corey made everyone kneel down and said we needed to jump up when he said "Jump the f@#k up" and when he did the whole building shook, and everyone, EVERYONE, was jumping all over the place.  They played nineteen songs, listed below, and came back for an encore, consisting of three songs. The band's setlist isn't precise, as it all is jumbled in my mind, but these are all the songs they played: Prelude 3.0
The Blister Exists
Disasterpiece
(sic)
Before I Forget
Pulse of the Maggots
People = Shit
Vermillion pt.1
Everything Ends
The Nameless
Vermillion pt. 2
Liberate
Wait and Bleed
Sufacing
Some song saying "Suck these Nuts"
Spit it Out
Left Behind
Heretic Anthem
Duality
